Duke of Wellington

There has been a traffic cone on the head of the Duke of Wellington, outside the Gallery of Modern Art in Glasgow for 40 years. Each time the Council remove it a new one replaces it overnight! This is why Banksy chose Glasgow as the venue for his current ‘Cut and Run’ exhibition
